ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Mars Hill College to host USA Track and Field Level I Coaching Education Course this weekend. 

The three day course is scheduled to begin on Friday at 5:00 PM and conclude on Sunday at 4:00 PM.

Course topics include Training Theory, Philosophy, Ethics, & Risk Management, Physiology, Bio-motor for Power Events, Biomechanics,  Sprints/Hurdles/Relays, Psychology, Jumps, Throws and Endurance Events.
